By the early nineties, we had already recognized that the labour market was becoming more flexible and dynamic. This led to the start-up of our SB Outsourcing unit.
There is a variety of reasons for organizations to make use of a temporary, flexible workforce. Examples of this include quick, wide-scale introduction of new products, recruitment of temporary workers in case of employee illness, and/or investigation of whether an employee fits your organization before you offer him/her a temporary or permanent contract. SB Outsourcing provides candidates for a multitude of organizational levels and for a variety of functions, from young professionals to experienced candidates, and from sales to medical staff. We also provide outsourcing services for nurses.
