Key Responsibilities
• Account management: analyzing regional market, translate the analysis into clear business opportunities and develop and implement a regional business plan.
• Acts as the owner of every DMU, initiating the necessary steps to improve sales.
• Executes sales in a specific territory, for a variety of product lines /brands /services or account(s).
• Responsible for identifying buying motives in order to fulfill customer needs and able to link these needs to Merck Serono products and services.
• Responsible for meeting sales targets and market share targets in the market within established policy guidelines.
• Organizes local (scientific) meetings.
• Ensures highest level of customer service to clients through regular and systematic contacts and visits, observes and analyzes the market and the activities of competitors.
• Maintains existing customer relationships and develops prospective relationships within guidelines. |

• Dutch speaking.
• Good working knowledge of the English language, verbal and in writing. |
